The Joy Band [graphic]. [197-?]

The Joy Band was organized on the campus at Fayetteville, Washington County, Arkansas, 1970-1, by Kenneth Aaron Patterson (b. 1953) and his brother Thomas Edward Patterson Jr. (b. 1951). Specializing in original rock and soul music, the band had been performing locally for 15 years by 1985. Members pictured are (left to right) Thomas Patterson, Darryl, Charles McCrary Jr., Kenneth Aaron "Wild Man" Patterson and Frank Anderson.
